All of the moneys expended by the Legislature are public. The people pay taxes, and the people have a right to know how that money is spent. It's very basic.

If you had not signed it, the public would know Innovative finances. The PSC, to some extent, is responsible for Innovative not providing quality service that Virgin Islands residents deserve.

That is an issue we will continue to deliberate on.

They are entitled to make a profit. Certainly they should be entitled to pay the taxes that you and I and everyone else pays.

It would have been a very difficult scenario for me to have voted against your nomination simply because you did not fulfill the requirements you were supposed to fulfill.
